Give them a break

I think the right needs to better understand what motivates the progressive liberal. Rather then vilify the left, the right needs to see where the left is coming from. Let's speak plainly. The progressive liberal thinks that the government needs to be more involved to insure the general welfare and promote social justice. But not the government as it stands now. The government needs to become more efficient, more productive and much less bureaucratic. They believe that the government can be made to do so if the right people are running it. Some have suggested that the government is in disarray because the right has limited and thus crippled the power of the government to become what it needs to be to in order to act responsibly. This appears to some as a right wing conspiricy lead by greedy, power hungry individuals who want to keep the government crippled so that it can't affect social justice.
